I have worked as a licensed Painting Contractor for over 30 years in San Diego Co. Great relationships and friendships have been made working with Developers, General Contractors, and Homeowners during that time.

For the past 20 years, 80% of our work has been working with homeowners and meeting there painting needs. This has been especially rewarding since the vast majority of homeowners we serve have never had their home professionally painted.

Homeowners' painting goals are incredibly diverse. I inspect each home with you before providing a detailed estimate to determine what the homeowner's expectations might be. There's quite a bit of bad advice on the internet and from inexperienced contractors regarding the painting process that will quickly compromise a home's value.

During the inspection, I explain the pros and cons of different manufacturers of paint, preferred preparation techniques, and options regarding the finish's application. Once it's determined what direction the homeowner wants to go, I can provide an estimate that will meet their needs and budget. You cannot get enough useful information.
